1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Arij As Sunnah. By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Product Authenticity & Representation

We pride ourselves on offering 100% authentic Smart Watches, AMOLED wearables, Bluetooth calling devices, and genuine tech accessories. All product descriptions, technical specifications, and imagery are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight screen brightness or strap color variations may occur due to individual device display settings.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on the site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice. In the rare event an item is out of stock after order placement, our support team will notify you promptly.

4. Order Placement & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) service across all 64 districts in Bangladesh:

• By placing a COD order, you make a binding commitment to receive the parcel and pay the agreed amount to the delivery rider.
• Orders may be subject to phone or SMS verification before dispatch to prevent invalid contact details or automated spam.
• Repeated refusal of parcels upon delivery without valid reason may result in suspension of COD privileges for that phone number/address.

5. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Standard delivery timelines are 24–48 hours within Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka. Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, political strikes, or logistics carrier disruptions are beyond our direct control, but we will actively assist in expediting your parcel.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation free of charge at any time before the parcel has been handed over to the courier service. Once an order is marked as "Dispatched" / "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible and our standard Return Policy applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arij As Sunnah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability in all cases is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
